Income Limits

State Median Income Guidelines

Eligibility for a loan under this program is restricted to individuals and families whose monthly income is not greater than 100% of the state�s median income. This requirement may be waived if you have been rejected by a financial institution for a similar loan.

The following monthly and annual income amounts will be considered 100% of the median in Connecticut for the period July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2003:

If your income is over the state�s median and you qualify for a traditional bank loan, People�s Bank will consider you for a loan at a reduced rate from an additional loan program.
